Digital scale profile
Each scale you add will automatically get its dedicated digital profile where you can access all significant data, documents or activities of the scale from every device with a web browser (computer, mobile phone, tablet…).
In addition to that, you can add weighing procedures, recipes, videos, visual and audio content to the profile, which users can access via QR code while working, for a better instructions accessibility and grater efficiency. It is also the most efficient way for new employees to get familiar with the working process and procedures.
The profile also shows the status of the scale(if it is in use or not) and allows you to forward the profile via e-mail to a third person(service, maintenance, manufacturer…)
The best thing is that if you are facing any problem with the scale, you can report an error on the scale directly from the profile and the system will automatically notify the maintenance personnel about the problem and its significance via e-mail, SMS or push notification.

From here you can access any scale in your company and start weighing. Just click on the Scale Monitor icon and the virtual indicator opens up. You are ready to start weighing with all the advanced functionality that Scale Monitor offers.
Here you can also change the parameters, edit the scale, add documents, costumise layouts etc. Shortly: You are able to manage your scales fully digitaly.
The platform also allows you to monitor the use of the scales remotely via dashboard, or find the exact position of the scale inside the company via diagram.
