CSTools – Neutron
We are pleased to introduce CSTools
This is our new application for configuring and managing Neutron modules and Neutron connected scales.
CSTools is designed to make setup simple for anyone, while still providing complete configuration, calibration and diagnostic capabilities when required.
Using Bluetooth, users can connect directly from a phone, tablet or PC, with no internet connection needed for local setup.
With CSTools users can:
- Configure Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cloud and scale settings
- Calibrate connected scales directly from the application
- Create complete configuration backups
- Restore previously saved device settings
- Export and import configurations for faster setup of multiple devices
- View live diagnostic and communication data
- Start a remote assistance session when additional support is required
CSTools is now available for Windows and Android, with an iOS version coming soon.
We believe CSTools will make the installation, commissioning and ongoing support of Neutron connected scales significantly easier for both your team and your customers.
